Delphi Academy of Boston Students Performed in Piano Recital on May 5th

Students of all ages can take piano lessons at the Delphi Academy of Boston.

MILTON, MA, May 15, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On May 5th, Delphi Academy of Boston students performed in the school's 7th annual piano recital. Since September, the students have been preparing with the music teacher to prepare for the recital. The three-year-old students learnt beginning concepts, like high and low sounds. As they are introduced to learning to play a piano, they first learn to sing, which serves as their first "instrument". Older students learn to read music and have mastered several pieces over the course of a school year.

There were a handful of students who participated in the May 5th recital, including Genevieve who is 5 years old. She played "Pop! Goes the Weasel" at the recital. Charlene is 10 years old and played "Surprise Symphony Theme.". Reese is 3 years old and after her lessons, she can keep a steady beat, recognize rhythm, and improvise. She participated in the recital as well. After their performances, each student is awarded a certificate of merit. Parents have expressed an appreciation to the school for the convenience of piano lessons in house. They do not need to take their children elsewhere for piano lessons, and the students learn new skills.
