Delphi Academy of Boston Recognizes 15 Students on April's Dean's List

15 Delphi Boston students earned the prestigious Dean's list award in April.

MILTON, MA, May 22, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Each month, the Delphi Academy of Boston proudly recognizes students who earn a spot on the Dean's list, commemorating their hard work and achievements. In April, Delphi Boston recognized the following students for their accomplishment: Korey Sam, David Xie, Charlene Vu, Angel Fu, Roman Shulkin, Laurel Campbell, Nandini Chilakapati, Annadelle Abonjozie, Morgan Phillips, Payton Knight, Mekhi Ulysse, Shaylan Chawda, Tony Le, Lily Campbell, and Preston Amos.

In order to join the Dean's list, students must complete all of their homework assignments and daily reading tasks, reached or exceeded their coursework goals, and passed all of their exams with a score of 85% or higher. For fourth and fifth grade students, they must also be 10 days ahead of their academic program goals. Sixth grade students need to be five days ahead, and seventh and eighth grade students must be on track with their academic programs.

A private school in Milton, Massachusetts, Delphi Academy's faculty and staff work one-on-one with students, providing an exceptional learning experience in small classroom sizes. They offer a proficiency-based curriculum with individualized programs for every student. When students complete their current program, they are assessed. Once their understanding of the material is established, they are awarded a certificate and medal at a school-wide assembly. The students then move on to their next program. At Delphi Academy, time is the variable and learning is the constant.

The Delphi Academy of Boston is an independent, coeducational, nonsectarian day school that offers preschool through eighth grade programs. Academics focus on providing students with a solid grounding in the basics, a rich and challenging hands-on curriculum, and the ability to study purposefully and independently. Children may enroll as early as two years and nine months in the preschool program.
