WellBridge at Genesys Health Park Rehabilitation Community Begins Construction

    HOLLAND, OH, June 29, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Douglas Company, General Contractor, is proud to announce the start of construction of WellBridge at Genesys Health Park Rehabilitation Community in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This $20.6 million community broke ground in November, 2016 in the southwest corner of Genesys Health Park.

With an expected completion date of June, 2018, the future 86,844 square-foot facility will offer 128 beds for post-acute care residents. WellBridge at Genesys Health Park is set apart from previous Wellbridge projects by its much larger size, allowing for increased common areas and new additions including a day spa and pub. Additional amenities include contemporary decor and furnishings, state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, a massage parlor, a large commercial kitchen with a full-time chef and accompanied staff, a bistro, a beautifully landscaped exterior with sidewalks that allow access to the entire site, and a Starbucks! The newer, high-end finishes will give WellBridge at Genesys Health Park the ambiance of the best living environment currently on the market.
