Additionally, Mr. Brodsky is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, the New York Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators, and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, and served as deputy general counsel for the NYS Moreland Act Commission and associate Independent Counsel in the matter of Michael Deaver.

An graduate of prestigious universities Harvard and Brown, Mr. Brodsky holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor. His professional affiliations include the American College of Trial Lawyers, the New York City, New York State, American Bar Associations, the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy, and the American Law Institute. Throughout his lengthy career, he has contributed his knowledge to creative works such as "Federal Securities Litigation: A Deskbook for the Practitioner," which he co-authored in 1997.

A stellar example of skill in his field, he has earned a number of awards for his professional accomplishments. In addition to earning an Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Work through the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1999, Mr. Brodsky has been recognized in many volumes of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the East, and Who's Who in American Law.
