TMS Health Education Announces Last Call for TMS Symposium Resident Scholarship to Cover The Cost of The Advanced Hands-On TMS Symposium

The scholarship program is for 3rd or 4th year residents within the United States and provides recipients with complimentary meeting registration (a $1,995 value). Applications must be received by Monday, July 17th, for consideration.

    SAN FRANCISCO, CA, July 12, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- TMS Health Education announced today that the deadline for Resident-In-Training Scholarship is less than one week away, and reminded residents from across the country to apply now.

The scholarship will cover the tuition cost of TMS Health Education's upcoming Advanced Hands-On TMS Symposium. The course is a four-day event focused on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, one of the fastest growing therapies in Psychiatry. The course will include hands-on training and content around clinical management of TMS. The faculty includes teaching credentials from universities and facilities such as Duke, Stanford, the Mayo Clinic, Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and UCLA. It will be held in San Francisco from September 7th- September 10th, and over 20 CME credits can be earned by participants.

There is a special price for Residents and Technicians. "There is an opportunity for us to share what we've learning on treatment and training, and that was one of the impetuses around creating the Symposium a few years ago," said Dr. Karl Lanocha, Director of Education for TMS Health Solutions and Course Chair for the Advanced Symposium. The scholarship program is for third-or fourth-year residents within the United States. The scholarship provides recipients with complimentary meeting registration (a $1,995 value). Applications must be received by Monday, July 17th, for consideration. The scholarship recipient will announced in July 2017.
