FilSon Filters Expands its Product Line; Now Introduces High Viscosity Filter Carts

    XINXIANG, CHINA, July 20, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- FilSon Filters, a global leader in manufacturing filter carts, today introduced high viscosity filter carts (HVFC) that can remove particles or free water from all sorts of highly viscous and contaminated hydraulic fluids such as gear oils. With a flow rate of up to 160 liters/min and ambient working temperature of 40 degree F to 175 degree F, FilSon Filters high viscosity filter carts guarantee contamination free operation thereby improving service lifespan on the system.

Designed with efficiency and cost saving in mind, the HVFC features a tough and robust construction, yet lightweight in nature. It is a high capacity filter that ensures fine filtration of 3, 5, 10, 20 or 40 micrometre, besides a primary filtration of 100 micrometre.

This high viscosity filter cart has an easy to clean and change-out design, which helps to reduce cost of operation. It can also filter a range of oil viscosities from 10cSt to 760cSt.

With a rated pressure of 1Mpa, FilSon's high viscosity filter cart is made from carbon or stainless steel, making it a perfect choice for the most demanding applications in many industries.

To ensure safety, this filter cart comes with a thermal relay protection unit for the motor and a precisely regulated heater for highly viscous and low temperature oils. Moreover, a suction filter protects the pump while the drip tray controls oil spillage, keeping the working area safe.

The differential pressure indicator shows when the filter elements are worn out and require replacement. This eliminates any possible inefficiency during the hydraulic fluid filtration process.
