Deborah Denslow Partenheimer Named a Lifetime Achiever by Marquis Who's Who

    HADDONFIELD, NJ, September 01, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to name Deborah Denslow Partenheimer a Lifetime Achiever. An accomplished listee, Ms. Partenheimer celebrates many years' experience in her professional network and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities and the successes she has achieved in her field. Ms. Partenheimer is a retired primary school teacher who contributed 41 years of service to students and fellow teaches in Willingboro, New Jersey from 1971 to 2012. In school she served as a union representative and away from school as an elected official, community volunteer and master gardener.

Ms. Partenheimer was born in Philadelphia in 1947 to Merrill Tracy, Jr. and Margaret Denslow. She earned a bachelor of science degree from Gwynedd Mercy College (now Gwynedd Mercy University) in 1971 and began her teaching career in Willingboro the same year. She served as a teachers union representative in 1981 and 1982.

Ms. Partenheimer became active in civic and political affairs in 1986 when she became a committeewoman for the Morrisville, Pennsylvania Republican Committee. The same year she served as president of Morrisville's borough council. From 1988 to 1990 she was borough chair for the American Cancer Society and beginning in 1988 was on the board of the Morrisville Free Library. Ms. Partenheimer participated in the task force for reorganization of the Morrisville School District and was chair of the Morrisville Municipal Authority in 1994 and from 1996 to 2000. She was a member of Parents Without Partners, the Bucks County Boroughs Association and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association.

In 2000 Ms. Partenheimer completed a master of arts degree from Marygrove College in Detroit and in 2005 earned a master of educational administration from Gwynedd Mercy.

Ms. Partenheimer has served as an educational advisor for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. In 2013 she earned the Master Gardener designation in Camden County, New Jersey and serves on the board of the Camden County Master Gardeners. She has participated in the Barnes Foundation Horticulture Program and has been on the board of trustees of the Penn State South Jersey Alumni since 2014. She is a member of the National Education Association, the New Jersey Education Association and is on the board of the Willingboro Retired Education Association

For her community involvement and dedication to teaching, Ms. Partenheimer was selected for inclusion in numerous volumes of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in The World, Who's Who of American Women and two volumes of Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
