Legends Incorporated Evaluate the Behaviours of the Most Effective Leaders

In a recent workshop, sales and marketing firm Legends Incorporated evaluated the various traits demonstrated by the world's most successful leaders.

MAIDSTONE, ENGLAND, September 17, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Maidstone based company are confident that with the correct education their contractors will realise what traits are required to ascend the career ladder and carve their own path within the industry.

Legends Incorporated emphasised the first thing contractors need to realise is the difference between being a manager and a leader. They made it clear A Manager often places themselves above others, while A Leader is the first among many.

The company are encouraging their contractors must be able to distinguish the two before thinking about other traits they can work on. The workshop went on to divulge four traits the firm think are essential traits of any well-rounded leader.

These four traits were based on the results of the ghSmart CEO Genome Project, a project conducted on 2000 CEOS, using 14 researchers to determine the common attributes linked to good leaders and were as follows:

1) The ability to decide with speed and conviction
2) The ability to engage everyone
3) The ability to adapt proactively
4) The ability to deliver consistent results

Legends Incorporated hope their contractors are mindful of these findings and attempt to incorporate these traits in their own professional careers. They believe most people in the sales and marketing industry aspire for career progression and are confident this research is an effective way of understanding what it takes to lead effectively.

One key point, the Managing Director Kamil Nosal made a point of mentioning how most successful leaders have witnessed failure at some point in their careers, a claim backed up with the research conducted by ghSmart. Over half of the CEO's in the report claimed failure taught them how to progress professionally. Using the examples of Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg to illustrate this point, Kamil suggested good leaders hone the ability to accept failure and learn how to improve themselves and the team they are working within.

Moving forward into Q4, Legends Incorporated hope this workshop will provide their workforce with insightful knowledge as to how they can improve themselves. The firm want each of their young professionals to climb the career ladder and believe nurturing these traits will provide them with the necessary faculties to become effective leaders.
