Retiring in 2002 to primarily pursue volunteer opportunities, she worked for the National Foundation of Women Business Owners in Washington between 1999 and 2002 and was a marketing consultant with The Dominion Group in Virginia between 1993 and 1998. Ms. Hubbell Domning's history also included appointments as a budget associate at the national headquarters of the American Red Cross in Washington, as a design engineer for GE in Massachusetts, and as a technical staff member and information systems engineer for MITRE Corporation in both Massachusetts and Virginia.
For more than 40 years, Ms. Hubbell Domning has been actively involved with numerous organizations and committees. She recently volunteered with Network, the National Catholic Social Justice Lobby in Washington between 2003 and 2005, was the co-chair for the Christian Life Community Mid-Atlantic Region between 1995 and 2001, and served on the advisory committee for The Arc of Montgomery County in 2000. She also held various volunteer roles with the American Red Cross at the Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland, the Holy Cross Hospice and the United Way of the National Capitol Area. Always inspired to serve others, Ms. Hubbell Domning began her charitable work when she was in high school. She was the first chairperson of the Clemson University Student Volunteer Program while in college.
Praised for her work, Ms. Hubbell Domning has been featured in more than 30 editions of Who's Who, including Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women. She has notably held a Bachelor of Arts in English and Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Clemson University since 1974, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University since 1991.
Married to Daryl Paul Domning, Ph.D. since 1987, Ms. Hubbell Domning is the proud mother of one daughter, Charlotte Roxanna.
