McKenzie Law Firm, P.C. Announces the Second Chance Scholarship

    NORRISTOWN, PA, February 26, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- McKenzie Law Firm, P.C. is pleased to announce an annual college scholarship that will help a student who is determined to make the most of a second chance. Every year, the Second Chance Scholarship will award $1,000 to one deserving student.

"We want to help students who may have made mistakes in their past but who now wish to acquire the tools they need to make a positive difference in their community," said David McKenzie, founder of McKenzie Law Firm, P.C.

"This scholarship will provide financial help to somebody who wants to go to college so they can gain the knowledge and skills they need to turn their second chance into something good. We hope the recipients of this annual scholarship join the many people who have turned their second chance into a success story in science, business, the arts, and many other fields, including the law."

To be eligible for the Second Chance Scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in or accepted to a college or university and write a 500-word essay about the importance of second chances and how their life has benefited by being given a second chance.
