    WILMINGTON, DE, July 19, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Christine Waisanen has been included in Marquis Who's Who. With a desire to pave the road for others in her field, Ms. Waisanen excels as the founder of Hill, Katzenstein & Waisanen, with which she also concurrently serves as the chief writer. Throughout the course of her career, some of her proudest achievements have been working within health, safety, environmental, and women's employment law. Ms. Waisanen additionally serves as a teacher for an Advanced Writing Workshop at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute for the University of Delaware. Antecedently, she gained valuable expertise as a director of cultural affairs for the City of Wilmington in 1987, and a government relations specialist for ICI Americas, Inc. from 1979 until 1987. Ms. Waisanen's inaugural role in the field was that of a labor relations attorney for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce between 1976 and 1979.

An expert in her field, Ms. Waisanen attended the University of Michigan, from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1971. She concluded her education at the University of Denver, graduating in 1975 with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Ms. Waisanen was promptly admitted to practice law through the District of Columbia Bar and the Colorado State Bar. She is both a member and a leader within several pertinent organizations, including the University of Michigan Club of Delaware, the Women's Republican Club of Wilmington, and the Junior League of Wilmington.

Regarding civic affairs, Ms. Waisanen contributed her time and resources for many years to the Delaware State Coastal Zone Industrial Control Board, for which she served as chairwoman. In the course of her professional journey, she has earned numerous distinctions and accolades, most prominent being an award presented to her by the King of Sweden in 1988. A recipient of a Distinguished Humanitarian Award in 2017 through Marquis Who's Who, Ms. Waisanen is likewise featured in editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women.
