Supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University from 1979, Mr. Pagnucco founded his $2 million commercial and residential construction firm, IHS Building Corporation, in 2001. He manages the day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility, creates business, sales and marketing plans and establishes operational processes. Additionally, his expertise includes handling pricing and contract negotiations and leading a team of subcontractors. Having seen himself through college performing repair work, Mr. Pagnucco is honored to have reached the current heights of his career.
With sharp business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Pagnucco was elected as the Remodeler of the Month by Qualified Remodelers in 2019. He is also Train the Trainer certified by the National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Pagnucco attributes his career success to constantly working to educate himself on the best advanced practices for his profession. Prior to his current role, Mr. Pagnucco maintained involvement as a project and purchasing manager with Artistic General Contracting from 2011 to 2012 and a construction manager and estimator with Mitch Harris Building Co. between 1998 and 2000. He commenced his career as an estimator and budget planner for Arthur Rutenberg Homes from 1996 until 1998. Mr. Pagnucco is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Florida Home Builders Association, Polk County Home Builders Association, NAHB Remodeler's Council and Gideons International.
