A dedicated advocate on behalf of her community, Ms. Peppers volunteers with a mental health organization in Vero Beach. Outside of her civic responsibilities, she has been married to her husband, Jeffrey, since 1987. She is the proud mother of one child, through whom she has two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Looking toward the future, Ms. Peppers intends to continue enjoying her retirement.
