With considerable experience in supply chain management & sourcing, competitive analysis and cross-functional team leadership, Ms. Shou has excelled as the senior director of strategic sourcing and supply chain management for Flex since 2017. Previously, she worked as a senior manager of supply chain and vendor management for StackVelocity (Jabil) from 2015 until 2017. Additionally, Ms. Shou has also acted as a senior manager of supply chain for Hyve Solutions (Synnex) serving top tier Cloud Server Providers.
During the earliest years of her career, Ms. Shou gained valuable expertise as a purchasing manager at Rackable Systems/SGI, as well as an OEM sales executive and procurement manager at Pactech during the late 1990s and mid-2000s. As a foreign student, she required a sponsorship to remain in the country, and became drawn to her field after beginning her career as a salesperson in a small cable company in Silicon Valley. Subsequently, a customer recognized Ms. Shou's capabilities and decided to offer her an opportunity, eventually resulting in her present position.
She attributes her success to the grace of God, and her parents who educated her to always do her best. Always focusing on relationships with sincerity is the key to her success, and she has regularly receives recognition from multiple customers founded on her attitude of dedication and enthusiasm in driving supply chain and solving problems.
In pursuit of her aspirations, Ms. Shou earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Berkeley's Walter A. Haas School of Business. Looking toward the future, while Ms. Shou intends to continue growing in the field, she aims to focus on a mentoring role and share her experience with the next generation of professionals in the industry.
