Mrs. Morgan is an Arabian horse breeder and trainer celebrating nearly five decades of dedication to the breed and a lifelong passion for horsemanship. Raised by her grandmother, who bred Shetland ponies and American Quarter horses, Mrs. Morgan fell in love with horses early on, and started attending horse shows with her aunt, an Arabian rider. Shortly thereafter, her grandparents built her a horse barn of her own, and she began riding and showing Arabian horses.
While attending veterinary school, she opened Morgan's Munchkins, a private daycare and accredited preschool that she operated for the following 28 years. Her business acumen was not limited to her work with Morgan's Munchkins Childhood Daycare, and Mrs. Morgan pursued several other successful businesses during this time, including Suzette Sweeps, a housecleaning service, and Suzette's Pets, an in-home pet care provider. In 2002, Mrs. Morgan returned to her first love, Arabian horses, and established ZanBuck Arabian Farms in Imlay City, Michigan.

Mrs. Morgan is responsible for "everything on the farm, from sunup to sundown," and continues to ride, train, and show horses. In recent years, her focus has shifted to training and show preparation, and used Pat Parelli's slogan The Pat Parelli slogan, "Good Better Best, Never let it rest, Make your Good Better and your Better Best!" with her 4-H children.
A tireless advocate for the breed, Mrs. Morgan works closely with the national organization Arabian Rescue Mission Farms, a breed-specific rescue providing safe shelter, care, and rehabilitation to Arabian horses in crisis with the goal of placing them in permanent homes. She has also worked other rescues, and over the last two decades, has saved and rehomed over 160 horses. In addition to serving as Michigan state representative for Arabian Rescue Mission Farms, Mrs. Morgan is involved with a local miniature pig rescue and remains affiliated with the Eastern Michigan Horse Association, the Arabian Horse Association, and the Central Michigan Horse Association, among others.
Mrs. Morgan credits her success to the early support of her grandparents, to her love of Arabian horses and to her special bond with her own horse. Looking forward, she hopes to continue to work for the advancement of the breed and responsible horse ownership as a whole.
