During the early years of his research, he wrote "Unbiasedness of Fourier Integral Estimator under Weaker Assumptions."
An expert in his field, Dr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from East China Normal University from 1982 and a Doctor of Philosophy in mathematics from Texas Tech University from 1990. Alongside his work as a consultant, he dedicates himself to the ALS Association as a donor.. Looking forward, Dr. Chen aims to help his granddaughter excel in mathematics and statistics.
