TURNING THE (RESTAURANT) TABLES

Great Chefs Brought Restaurants To Las Vegas, This Time We're Taking Vegas Restaurants To the World

/24-7PressRelease/ - LAS VEGAS, NV, April 28, 2008 - Some 40 million visitors a year draw the world's best restaurants and chefs to Las Vegas. In just a few short years, we've come to be a global Mecca for the finest food artists and their gourmet cuisine. "Now," according to restaurant guru and UNLV prof Adam Carmer, "it's time for Vegas to return the favor."

May 1, 2008 Carmer premieres Adam's Ribs, new from Bone Apart Restaurant Group, right next to his highly acclaimed Freakin' Frog and The Whisky Attic on Maryland Parkway, facing UNLV.

"Adam's Ribs is a great joint the couple million people who now call Las Vegas their home can call home. It's a restaurant by Las Vegans, for Las Vegans. But it's more," Carmer reveals. "It's a restaurant by Las Vegans, for Las Vegans... and the world."

Carmer has street cred to make that call. Along with being a sommelier, an esteemed beer judge and spirits expert, he has run top restaurants on The Strip through the gourmet boom. He knows what works here, and what attracts the millions who visit Vegas. The result is Adam's Ribs.

"This isn't about $70 steaks or ingredients you can't identify. Adam's Ribs is food for the times; great tasting stuff we all love, with a tweak to keep things interesting, at prices that make sense in today's economy," Carmer comments. "Lots of Las Vegas locals had their tastes honed in great restaurant cities. LA, Chicago, Philly; name it, they're here. We meet their expectations, then deliver something that raises the bar: things like a Barbeque Margarita and Margarita barbeque... more than a hundred tequilas behind the bar and people you want to hang with sitting on the other side."

"Adam's Ribs is the kind of place that feels like home, no matter where you're from, Las Vegas local or visitor. Families, business professionals, singles or students, any time of day or night. It's my kind of place, a Vegas place for the world," Adam Carmer concludes. "Good thing my parents named me after a rib joint."

Want to know more? Join Adam Carmer at Adam's Ribs for the grand opening of their 4077 S Maryland Parkway location (facing UNLV) May 1st.
