Dr. Fraum has notably earned a Bachelor of Art in psychology at Queens College of The City of New York in 1977 and a Doctor of Chiropractic at Sherman College of Chiropractic in 1981. He later received a diplomate status from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and his certification as a spin instructor. Dr. Fraum is affiliated with Psi Chi and The South Carolina Chiropractic Association, the latter of which formerly appointed him as a board member and a district director.
As a testament to his success, Dr. Fraum was presented with a Clinical Excellence Distinction Award from Sherman College of Chiropractic. He was also notably recognized as the District Director of the Year by the South Carolina Chiropractic Association.
