BLUE BELL, PA, March 03, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bill O'Brien has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. O'Brien earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgetown University and went on to attain a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs from St. Louis University, and a Master of Divinity from Weston Jesuit School of Theology, then based in Cambridge, MA. Since 1970 Bill has worked primarily as a companion and guide of souls on their spiritual journey. Most recently he is in private practice as a Consciousness Coach. In this capacity, Mr. O'Brien helps his clients deal with whatever life issues they present and then invites them to expand beyond ordinary consciousness into the infinite potential of the human spirit.

An expert in psycho/spiritual dynamics, Mr. O'Brien is the author of "Wise Guyde: The First Forty-Five Columns" and is an Executive Contributor to "Brainz" e-magazine. He was featured in NBC NEWS4 Washington's "God in Washington" series and was interviewed on "Family Matters with Dr. Paul Gottlieb" on Philadelphia Public Radio and on the then titled "Dennis Wholey's America" on PBS, now "This is America and the World with Dennis Wholey" on PBS.

Mr. O'Brien values civic involvement and has served as coordinator for Bread for the World's PA-1 Congressional District, Chairperson of Old Philadelphia Congregations, and for three years lived among the poor in center city St. Louis and for a summer in the barrios of Mexico. He has also taught meditation and anger management at the D.C. Jail and the Roxbury Correctional Center in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Mr. O'Brien founded and directed the Nathaniel Center for Spiritual Growth, a nondenominational non-profit in Washington, DC from 1992-2010.

He has been inclined towards spiritual matters throughout his life. He credits much of his success to the twenty years he spent in the Jesuit Order. Looking to the future, he plans to continue his consciousness coaching practice while shifting to the virtual world. He is also writing a novel addressed to the New Young/Young Adult market.
