Earlier in his professional path, Dr. Wiseman served in the military with the 44th Division at the Illinois National Guard and the 29th AAA Battalion in Chitose, Japan. He credits the highlight of his career as his tenure as a visiting professor at Northwestern Polytechnic University in Xi'an, China, as it was fascinating to be immersed in the culture and to experience a different way of life. Dr. Wiseman notably accrued a Master of Education from Northern Illinois University and a Doctor of Education from Indiana University.
