After earning a Bachelor of Arts in advertising from Texas Tech University in 1987, Ms. Gould began in the real estate field as an Assistant Property Manager for Transwestern Property Company. She subsequently became Corporate Services Manager for Texas Mutual Insurance Company, from 1992 until 2001. She then served as a Senior Property Manager for Insignia Property Management. Drawing on her considerable knowledge and experiences, Ms. Gould presently excels as the Co-owner, Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of Modular Installation Services.
Since joining the organization in 2002, Ms. Gould has managed projects, liaised with clients to assist with their projects, developed proposals and maintained ongoing client relations, handled all sales and marketing, and supervised human resources, bookkeeping and financial affairs. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, she aligns herself with several organizations, including the International Facilities Management Association. In conjunction with her work, Ms. Gould also dedicates herself to her community through her church, Lost Pines Cowboy Church, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, and Elgin Open Door Missions.
