Harbor Environmental and Safety Announces Woody Martin as Director of Engineering

Little Rock consulting firm welcomes new employees, expanding expertise and capabilities



    LITTLE ROCK, AR, April 11, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Harbor Environmental and Safety, a woman-owned, full-service engineering, compliance, and sustainability consulting firm located in Little Rock, Arkansas welcomed Woodrow (Woody) Martin, P.E. to their staff as Director of Engineering on March 28.

Martin is a registered engineer in Arkansas and Tennessee, with more than 27 years of experience in directing engineering teams in fields like manufacturing, construction, HVAC, and military operations. His fulfillment of this role will enhance Harbor's mission of Advancing People & Planet together through innovated engineering solutions.

Martin's previous engineering experience includes the design of a 140,000 SF, 900 student middle school, including a 1,000-seat auditorium and gymnasium in Memphis, TN; the mechanical design of a 28,000 SF renovation and 37,920 SF addition to the University of Memphis Physical Education Building; and the installation of various facility equipment for a Kellogg Facility in Tennessee.

In conjunction with Martin's addition to the Harbor staff, the firm welcome Jason Seals, OSHT, GSP, Senior Project Manager and Kevin Yuen, Project Manager in the Compliance Division. Harbor's Office Manager, Hethcox is retiring and Marilyn Ewing, previously with a local law firm, will be replacing Sherry as both Office Manager and Engineering Project Coordinator.
