In addition to overseeing daily operations, she ensures that her staff members adhere to company-wide protocols when interacting with their patients. Mrs. Soderman also supervises the branch's scheduling & HR manager while developing and implementing a variety of marketing initiatives.
Prior to accepting her current role, Mrs. Soderman thrived as the branch's office manager and scheduling coordinator. She had previously found success as a personal injury case manager for Badura D.C. Hemet Family Chiropractic in Hemet, California. Mrs. Soderman attributes her tremendous personal and professional growth throughout the past eight years to the support and guidance of her dedicated colleagues.
Mrs. Soderman was inspired to pursue a career in senior care by her late great grandma, her mammaw, Marie whose health was deteriorating. As Mrs. Soderman explains, "She would need assistance with appointments, errands, and household assistance but felt bothered by having to ask us (her family) to help, although of course we didn't mind. I wish we knew then of services such as these to help with these times for the families and clients. That is a big part of why I love to market our services. It allows so many to stay in their homes for much longer, if not their whole lives. This is a wish I wish we could have given my great grandmother."
In the near future, Mrs. Soderman intends to expand her branch's reach while continuing to help their patients enjoy their remaining years by providing high quality services.
