More recently, he earned a master's degree in psychology and a doctorate in performance psychology from Grand Canyon University. Since 2017, Dr. Morgan has served as the founder of Synthesis.
Dr. Morgan began his career in the field of criminal justice and garnered decades of experience within the Department of Corrections. He initially worked as a psychiatric attendant for the criminally insane and later as an investigator for domestic relations, a probation agent, a parole agent, a human resource developer and, ultimately, a prison manager. At this point, he decided to further his education and obtain higher education degrees in psychology.
As a psychologist at Synthesis, Dr. Morgan focuses on providing life coaching services. His area of expertise includes the intentional evolution of the personality. Notably, Dr. Morgan is the author of "Simple Truth," a book about how individuals can take control of the elements that contribute to personality and actually create the personality in themselves that they feel is necessary to achieve their life goals.
Passionate about helping others, Dr. Morgan additionally contributes to St. Jude's Hospital and local food banks. He attributes his success to his tendency to always search for lessons within experiences and for opportunities everywhere. He considers his most notable achievement as having raised three successful young adults.
