Mr. Santilli serves as the director of operations for USENTRA Security Services, a company that offers customers creative, technology-based security solutions. At USENTRA, he consistently provides focused and loyal attention to both his team and clients. Mr. Santilli also maintains an active presence in industry networks via memberships with the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Maritime Security Council.
Mr. Santilli is proud of his extended service in the U. S. Army, where from 1999 to 2008 he acted as a staff sergeant squad leader. While he initially enlisted to take opportunities to travel and gain new skills, he committed nearly a decade to the armed forces out of a desire to, serve his country. Since returning to civilian life, Mr. Santilli has been recognized by the Department of Defense for recruiting and employing veterans. Likewise, he has modeled altruism for his young son by coaching youth football and volunteering for the Special Olympics.
Mr. Santilli is working toward a Bachelor of Arts in leadership and development at Providence College, which he expects to complete in 2023, and expects these credentials to prepare him for a move into an executive role. Beyond that, Mr. Santilli plans to gain advanced training by pursuing a master's degree in support of the entrepreneurial ventures he is currently developing.
