An expert in operations and pharmaceutical sales and management, Mr. Eskar has found success as an operations professional for more than 35 years. To prepare for his career, he earned a Bachelor of Business Management in 1983 and a Bachelor of Science in theoretical and mathematical physics in 1985, both from the University of Karachi in Pakistan. While pursuing his education, he began his career in sales for Squibb Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. in Pakistan in 1984, after which he joined Grunenthal Pharmaceuticals in 1990.
After working in this capacity for a year, Mr. Eskar became the vice president of a pharmaceutical company, a role he maintained between 1992 and 2000. For his exemplary performance, he was honored with a Best Distributor of the Year Award in 1994, which honored his company during a difficult economic period in Pakistan.
After moving to the United States, Mr. Eskar accepted a position with Discover Financial Services Inc. in 2000 as an account executive. Following this period, he served as an executive professional representative for Merck and Company in 2001 and, later, as a senior sales consultant for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in 2006. In 2009, he continued his career as the chief operating officer for Diagnostic Imaging Affiliates and became the vice president of operations and consultant for Open Advanced MRI of Deer Park LLC in 2015. Prior to holding his current role, Mr. Eskar worked for Memphis City Cartage Inc. between 2017 and 2020 as the vice president of operations.
Since 2021, Mr. Eskar has distinguished himself as the member of Hearthwood Properties. In this capacity, he rehabilitates properties for the purposes of resale. Along with property management he is still involved in purchasing and renovating other houses in the area. As a testament to his excellent performance, he has enhanced the operational infrastructure to provide more than 300% in growth over a period of four years, achieving a goal of $124 million in annual revenue. Having gained success in this area from his hard work and dedication, he intends to return to the pharmaceutical industry someday as a consultant to help expand the operations of his clients.
