POCATELLO, ID, July 11, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Daniel Jerome Hall has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Hall graduated in 1978 from Highland High School, Pocatello, Idaho. He then served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Spanish speaking, Montevideo, Uruguay, mission. After returning from his mission, he studied insurance with his father, Jerome B. Hall and worked in construction. Mr. Hall subsequently enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1984 and was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. While stationed at Keesler Air Force Base he furthered his education taking college courses from local colleges in the area. He received an Honorable Release from the United States Air Force in 1987 with the goal of continuing his education. Upon his return to civilian life, he utilized his military Veteran's Education Assistance Program to attend Idaho State University, in Pocatello, Idaho. Although he originally intended on pursuing a career in law, he eventually realized he had a love for psychology and social work. Before embarking on his professional journey in 1990, Mr. Hall earned a Bachelor of University Studies, with a focus on studies in Pre-law and Spanish from Idaho State University.
In 1990, Mr. Hall began his career as a Case Manager for the State of Idaho, Health and Welfare, Adult Mental Health program in Blackfoot, Idaho where he served for nearly 24 years. Mr. Hall also worked a part-time job with the Road to Recovery, outpatient drug and alcohol, substance abuse treatment program in Blackfoot, Idaho. He provided counseling to both English and Spanish speaking clients. In 2001, Mr. Hall began his own outpatient, alcohol and substance abuse treatment program, Treatment Dynamics, PLLC and was able to serve the Bingham County, Blackfoot, Idaho, Misdemeanor and Felony Drug Court's from 2001-2003. Mr. Hall later furthered his studies, completing coursework at Idaho State University and Walla Walla College in Missoula, Montana. In 2004, Mr. Hall earned a Master's in Social Work from Walla Walla College. Mr. Hall, continued clinical supervision as a Licensed Master Social Worker and after several years of clinical supervision was able to test and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Idaho. In 2005, Mr. Hall became a clinician for the Adult Mental Health program, providing individual counseling and working on the mental health crisis team. In 2014, Mr. Hall began working for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, Counseling and Family Services Program in Fort Hall, Idaho providing outpatient counseling and working with the juvenile detention facility. In 2016, Mr. Hall began working for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Corrections program, where he continues to work as an Adult and Juvenile Detention Clinician. He also works on the mental health Crisis Team in Fort Hall, Idaho.
Outside of his primary responsibilities, Mr. Hall is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has served in various callings. Mr. Hall enjoys doing activities with his children, Ryan and Savannah Hall and supporting them in their talents. Mr. Hall also enjoys visiting his parents, Marlene C. Hall and Jerome B. Hall who are both, ninety years old. He enjoys family activities. Even though his career has been filled with highlights, he is incredibly proud of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, experiencing the little successes, the help that he was able to provide to the Spanish-speaking community in Blackfoot, and learning the culture and traditions of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes. Mr. Hall authored an article "On coping with loss during the holidays" published in the Idaho State Journal on 12/18/2017. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hall intends to develop treatment and education programs to serve the adult inmates and juveniles at the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Corrections facility.
