A talented designer, Ms. King has accrued approximately four decades of architectural expertise. During much of the 1980s and 1990s, she worked in Denver, Colorado, where she served as an expert manual draftsman and became recognized as of the only women in her field to work in the field of commercial architecture as a general contractor. Having since perfected computer-aided design (CAD), Ms. King also spent four years as a CAD designer for Sumner Design Group before ultimately establishing King Drafting LLC in 2008. Ms. King prepared for her career by receiving an Associate of Applied Science in architecture CADD design at Phoenix Institute of Technology in 1987 and a second Associate of Applied Science in architecture CCD design at Denver Technical College in 2002. Well qualified in her career, she also received two diplomas in drafting from the Phoenix Institute of Technology. To support her professional career, Ms. King is an active member of the Yavapai County Contractors Association.
