Ms. Altemose began her career in the beauty industry as a professional makeup artist in 2010 doing make up for weddings and photoshoots. She then began working as a prestige beauty advisor for Ulta Beauty in 2015. She subsequently became a senior education specialist for SEPHORA in 2016, a licensed esthetician for Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in 2017, and a permanent cosmetic tattoo artist/microblading expert as the owner of Brows by Nic in 2018. Looking toward the future of her career, Ms. Altemose aspires to take Cosmetink nationwide and possibly franchise the company. She also aims to develop her own high-quality pigment line for permanent makeup.
Well-qualified in her field, Ms. Altemose received credentials as a licensed esthetician and skincare specialist through Bethlehem Area Vocational Tech. She also received credentials in permanent cosmetics, specifically microblading, through the John-Jhon Institute and as a makeup artist specialist through the Metro Beauty Academy. Additionally, Ms. Altemose has become recognized as a master trainer through Beauty Angels Academy International.
To remain aware of developments in her field, Ms. Altemose is a professional member of the American Association of Micropigmentation.
In light of her professional achievements, Ms. Altemose was the recipient of a Master Artist Award from Mara Colors. She also received recognition as a Woman Who Moves the Valley in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
