Leveraging more than two decades of excellence in sales and real estate, Ms. Korabel has earned distinction as the owner and broker of Four Seasons Realty Group in New Paltz, New York. Since 2005, she has focused her efforts on overseeing and mentoring six other agents, specializing in short sales, foreclosures and assisting first-time homebuyers.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Korabel began her career as a traffic manager for the State of New York and was among the first few female traffic managers in the state. Following this time, she became a salesperson for Century 21 Venables Realty in 2005 and then was an associate broker for John J Lease in 2006. She continued her career as the owner and broker for The Green EcoBroker the same year until 2011. Additionally, she served as the education chairperson for UCBR in 2008 and at the same time was an associate broker for EXiT Realty Services.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Korabel earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and industrial management from the City College of New York in 1974. Well-qualified in her field, she is a certified traffic, customs and transportation clerk and technician with the Academy of Advanced Traffic Management. She is also a seller representative specialist, senior's real estate specialist, international property specialist, residential specialist and short sales and foreclosure resource. Additionally, she holds certifications as an accredited buyer's representative and Green Ecobroker. In 2010, she completed a training program at the New York State Association of Realtors' Leadership Academy.
Among her professional accomplishments, she is proud to have been inducted to the Five Million Dollar Club four times in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. She was a featured cover agent and area specialist in Top Agent Magazine and was named a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2022. The same year, she was honored with a Five Star Award as a Top 100 Member in Market by Broker Agent Advisor. She also was listed on the Five Star Professional 2022 Market Leaders in Forbes Magazine.
Within the coming years, Ms. Korabel intends to take time off to enjoy traveling, including visiting her condominium in Myrtle Beach, allowing one of her broker agents to obtain their license and take over while she is away. A self-professed "education junkie," she has always loved expanding her knowledge of her field and educating younger real estate professionals, and intends to continue mentoring and encouraging the next generation of rising professionals.
