As owner, Mr. Wilson is responsible for maintaining the restaurant's excellence; his specific responsibilities include overseeing operations, checking finances and deposits, and handling radio advertising and other business marketing. Later in his life, he hosted a weekly radio show in New Orleans called "The Mr. Bill Show," with a spot-on impression of then President Bill Clinton.
