Roberts with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Ms. Roberts celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Devoted to her community for more than three decades, Ms. Roberts has played an active role in a multitude of local organizations throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. Instrumental in helping establish the Health Care District in the 1980s, Ms. Roberts notes that it was the only county in the nation to ever do so. Furthermore, Ms. Roberts spent time engaged as a member of the Committee on Intergovernmental Relations for the State of Florida and as a member of the Palm Beach County Film Commission and the Palm Beach County Airport Committee.

Apart from her governmental work, Ms. Roberts has supported various other organizations such as Goodwill Industries, the Anti-Defamation League, the Florida Crime Prevention Commission, the Southern Florida Mental Health Consortium, and the Palm Beach Sports Authority. She has also served in various leading roles, including as the marketing committee vice chair of the Solid Waste Authority and as the chair of Art in Public Places. Most notably, Ms. Roberts was the founder of the Jewish Community Day School of the Palm Beaches.

Ms. Roberts attended Palm Beach Atlantic College. She remains abreast in her industry as a professional member of the Florida League of Cities, the National Association of Counties, and the South Florida Mental Health Consortium. Ms. Roberts has also proven instrumental as a past president of the social services policy committee and as a board director of the Florida Association of Counties.

Selected for a multitude of awards and recognitions for her volunteer services, Ms. Roberts most recently received a Proclamation Award from the Board of Commissioners for her civic leadership in 2016 after completing her two, four-year terms on the board of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County.
