Since establishing the company in 2009, she has provided tax preparation services for individuals and businesses and specialized in U.S. military tax returns, real estate tax returns, and disability returns, as well as FAFSA and estate tax returns. Alongside her work with CKYFS, she is a photographer. During the early stages of her career, Ms. Chou gained valuable professional expertise as a tutor for the San Diego County School System and as a senior linguist analyst with the U.S. Navy.

An expert in her field, Ms. Chou holds a Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts and sciences from Excelsior University. Subsequently, she became a certifying acceptance agent through the IRS and earned a certificate in language interpreting through ELPT. In honor of her outstanding body of work, she received an Army Achievement Medal for Tax Preparation Service to the Joint Military Command in Maryland from the Secretary of the Army and was named Best of 2015 and 2016 in Tax Preparation and Tutoring Services through Thumbtack. In the coming years, Ms. Chou intends to set up an awareness center in San Diego to cater to the at-risk population.
