Due to his vast breadth of knowledge, Mr. Garay authored "Marketing Minds: A Look at Psychology in Marketing" and "Disruption By Design: An Essential Guide to Organizational Change through Digitalization."
An expert in his field, Mr. Garay holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Subsequently, he expanded upon his professional knowledge, earning an MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University, a certificate in user experience and interaction design specialty through Nielsen Norman Group, and certificates through Google and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
Driven to stay abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Garay aligns himself with the American Marketing Association and the American Society of Association Executives.
