Dry Guys earned Business of the Year in 2015, Best Waterproofing Contractor, Best Place To Work, and Best Home Improvement Contractor in 2023

Ms. Gattuso has distinguished herself as the owner and managing partner at Dry Guys, a basement waterproofing, crawlspace solutions, and foundation repair company based in Woodstown, New Jersey. Having joined the company nearly 20 years ago as a receptionist, she subsequently earned the roles of Marketing Director, Sales Manager and Special Projects Coordinator. In year 15 of employment with Dry Guys, Ms. Gattuso took part ownership of Dry Guys as a second-generation owner working alongside her father. After his retirement in 2022, she partnered with Larry Janesky, a tenured leader in the industry, to strengthen and expand the company's services.
In her current role, Ms. Gattuso oversees her Department Managers, ensures that the department KPIs are to specification and on target, handles various accounting responsibilities, and provides training. She also took part in several speaking engagements and workshops to support Dry Guys. Looking toward the future, Ms. Gattuso aspires to expand operations further.
As a dedicated civic leader, Ms. Gattuso has been involved with various charitable organizations, namely as a former board of trustees for Family Promise in New Jersey, a nonprofit that helps homeless families regain their independence, and as a member of the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Salem County, which serves as a Christian housing organization that builds affordable homes. Additionally, Ms. Gattuso has volunteered with the Salem County chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. She was also a volunteer and donor of the Ladies Auxiliary in National Park, New Jersey, secretary for Toastmasters International, held various leadership roles within BNI (Business Network International) for over 12 years, and held the Senior Lady Vice President of Army Navy Unit #51 position.
Ms. Gattuso earned credentials from the School of Entrepreneurship in Seymour, Connecticut, a professional development institution for contractors, in 2017. She also received numerous licenses and certifications in her field, including water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, and sales and marketing.
To remain aware of developments in her field, Ms. Gattuso is an associate member of the New Jersey division of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, New Jersey Division of the Plumbers Association, and the Building Trades Association. She is also a professional member of the Mullica Hill, New Jersey, chapter of Business Network International.
As a testament to her integrity in the industry, Ms. Gattuso earned recognition as Small Business Leader of the Year in 2015. Dry Guys was also elected the Best of Salem County for 2018 and 2019 by the Salem County Chamber of Commerce. Dry Guys has also earned Business of the Year in 2015, Best Waterproofing Contractor, Best Place To Work, and Best Home Improvement Contractor in 2023 via various business support organizations.
