Leveraging over two decades of excellence in architecture for student and multifamily housing, Mr. DiPietro has earned distinction as the president and founder of Rockit Architects. Since 2008, he has focused his efforts on handling projects first-hand, from concept design all the way through to overseeing the construction of the buildings he designs. Founded in June of 2021 under Mr. DiPietro's leadership, ROCKiT Architects has contracted for the design of over 1,000,000 SF of apartment buildings within the first 24 months of business.
Prior to his current role, Mr. DiPietro began his career at WTW Architects in 2004, becoming a partner in 2019, and working there until 2021. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University in 2004, graduating cum laude. Well-qualified in his field, he led the design of the first net-zero dormitory in the State University of New York system, is a LEED accredited professional with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Within the coming years, Mr. DiPietro intends to continue his stellar work in designing buildings, having always enjoyed drawing architectural designs since he was a child. Accounting for his success, he credits his hard work and dedication to the field.
