With big expansion announcements and increased print service solutions, 4over employees created a fun and educational presentation. Adding to the excitement, the Chicago Luvabulls performed their official routines followed by more than 10 raffle prizes per day at the 4over booth. Prizes included dozens of $50 VISA gift cards and over 100 other gifts plus autographed pictures from the Luvabulls.
4over's focus at this year's show was expansion: New facilities (adding 140,000 square feet of production space in three states in a single year!), increased product lineup, a new branch of business, and building personal relationships with existing and current customers. 4over also promoted environmental awareness by raising the issue and discussing solutions with visitors.
In Miami, FL, 4over added a 42,000 square foot production facility. The existing building was completely renovated with new wiring and network systems, and a cutting-edge server room. On the production side, the Miami facility contains two brand new Komori Lithrone S 5- and 6-color presses with state of the art finishing equipment, including Polar cutters, folders, and stitchers from Heidelberg. A brand new top of the line CTP system from Kodak is ready to plate as well.
In addition to Miami, 4over is opening a 47,000 square feet state of the art production facility in Newark, NJ, plus a giant 50,000 square feet high tech facility in Dallas, TX. Both of these facilities will contain the same advanced equipment lineup as the Miami operation and 4over's other production facilities. The Miami, Newark, and Dallas facilities will be fully operational by the end of 4th quarter 2008.
The Graph Expo also helped 4over discuss growth and profitability strategies with print resellers and other print shops from all over the country. Thousands of start-up and existing print owners visit Graph Expo to purchase presses and other equipment to grow their business. While admiring the effort and encouraging the growth, 4over employees demonstrated how resellers can become competitive and profitable by outsourcing print jobs to 4over, saving millions of dollars and a lot of trouble associated to purchasing a press.
4over received much positive feedback from their customers, especially on their customer service and product quality. Even some competitors stopped by the 4over booth to create relationships and become partners and begin outsourcing to 4over. "We always receive a lot of feedback at these shows ... some good and some not so great. We take this information to heart, and have implemented many of these ideas into our business. We continually strive to improve, but this year we received an especially large amount of positive feedback! Our TEAMWORK mentality has brought our customers closer to us and created a true business relationship," said Zarik Megerdichian, CEO. 4over also announced its new branch of business, Grand4mat.com which will launch by early 2009.
