Since 2022, he has focused his efforts on working with small 8(a) companies in the IT sector for the federal government, establishing their human resources departments until they are sold while upholding a high standard for quality and remaining punctual with his deadlines. Additionally, he lends his expertise as a valued member to the Society for Human Resource Management.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Jenkins began his career as an office manager for Beacon Drywall and Carpentry, Inc. in 1987 and transitioned to a role as a corporate administrator with SONEX Enterprises, Inc. in 1992. He subsequently functioned as the director of human resources for the Scientific and Commercial Systems Corporation in 1994 and took a similar role for UXB International in 1997 and for Ubizen, Inc. in 2000. He continued his career as the director of human resources for Sytel, Inc. in 2001, later working in this capacity for the SETA Corporation in 2003.
Following this time, Mr. Jenkins served as a human resources manager for the BRADSON Corporation in 2005 and the following year became the director of human resources for The Arora Group. He then worked in this same capacity for CMI Management in 2008 and for ALON in 2009 until becoming the director of administrative operations for FSO in 2012. Among his professional accomplishments, he is proud to have received a Vinik Award in Human Resource Management from James Madison University in 1991.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources from James Madison University in 1991. Well-qualified in his field, he is a certified compliance and ethics professional and a certified senior professional in human resources. Within the coming years, Mr. Jenkins intends to continue his work, potentially transitioning back to leading a human resources department.
