Mr. Reid began his career in the telecommunications industry as a telephone technician. After being introduced to the profession by his wife's uncle, he became passionate about innovative technology and subsequently expanded his expertise as a technician, engineer, sales manager, and director of operations with several other organizations within the industry.
Mr. Reid attended the Art Institute, through which he completed coursework toward a Bachelor of Arts in advertising. Well-qualified in his field, he received several certifications and is a professional American Society for Industrial Security International member.
