Prior to her current role, Ms. Dotson began her career as the assistant director of the Creative Children Day Care Center in 2005 and became a delivery specialist for Sears Holding Inc. in 2008. Following this time, she served as a child care resource advisor with Harte Hanks, earning a promotion to an extraction clerk in 2011. She subsequently functioned as a child care worker for the Agape Learning Center in 2011 until becoming a customer service representative for the Financial Corporation of America in 2013. She continued her career as a driver for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2013 and served as a certified family partner with Bluebonnet Trails Cmnty Mhmr in 2015. In 2020, she became a credit specialist for The Credit Solutions Group for a year.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Dotson earned an associate's degree in liberal arts from the City College of Chicago. Well-qualified in her field, she is a certified family partner and certified Christian counselor. Within the coming years, Ms. Dotson intends to positively impact at least 1000 women to help them learn how to love themselves and grow into their potential successfully.
