Among other noteworthy roles, he served as the vice president of sales for Discover Call Center (formerly ACT).
In 2021, Mr. Rowinski authored his first book, "The Corporate Matchmaker: Creating a Robust Board Room." The book discusses his professional journey and what drove him to launch Boardsi. It also provides insight and expertise into what companies should look for in an executive position.
Civically invested, Mr. Rowinski has notably sponsored a girls' semi-pro soccer team in San Francisco and, subsequently, one in Sacramento, California, through his organization. Several of these athletes have notably gone on to play for the United States Women's Team. Among other local organizations and initiatives, Mr. Rowinski became involved with a veteran's organization promoting anti-suicide. As Boardsi operates as a corporate recruiting firm, they have chosen to sponsor not only one but two golfers, Michael Thompson on the PGA tour and Alison Lee on the LPGA tour.
