In 2018, she was the franchise engagement leader for small and large molecules platform and discretionary spend for the Janssen Supply Chain of Johnson & Johnson and was promoted to the global strategy leader in 2022. Among her professional accomplishments, she is proud to have been honored with a presidents' award at Bristol Myers Squibb in 2006 and Women in Supply Chain Award from the USC Marshall School of Business in 2022.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Mrs. Agarwal earned a bachelor's degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University in 2002. Following this achievement, she attained a Master of Business Administration in management from the University of Southern Indiana in 2005.
