Since 2019, she has focused her efforts on managing the standard test conditions control and Global Food Safety Initiative for 14 facilities. She oversees nine facilities across Pennsylvania and Atlanta, Georgia, including conducting good manufacturing practices third-party food safety audits for 42 locations. Among her professional accomplishments, she is proud to have received a Performance Award for Operations Excellence.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Gagliano began her career working as a customer service representative, switchboard operator, utility staff and blow mold operator. After serving in a quality control position, she functioned in various administrative roles, including handling workers' compensation, payroll, accounts payable and other related tasks for Altium Packaging LLC for 15 years. Following this time, she served as a plant manager for five years and as a supervisor for three years. She subsequently functioned as a quality manager with Altium Packaging LLC for nine years.
Well-qualified in her field, Ms. Gagliano is safe quality food certified and is certified in advanced hazard analysis and critical control points. Within the coming years, she intends to rise to a role as a director of quality management at Altium Packaging LLC.
