Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Fallot was honored with an Outstanding Community Service Award from Coming Together Stark County in 2013 and a Tom Downing Fellow award from the Ohio District Ruritan Club in 2015. She is also a valued member of the Rotary Club of Louisville, the local Constitution Committee and the Louisville Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to becoming the mayor, Ms. Fallot was employed at the Stark County Auditor Office from 1972 until 2006, serving as their property tax administrator under the mentorship of Janet Weir Creighton. She also served as a substitute bus driver for her community and volunteers as the director of music for the local Paradise United Church of Christ. In the future, Ms. Fallot aspires to see her city continue to grow while she fosters open and effective communication throughout their community.
