Since 2015, he has focused his efforts on managing 19 properties with approximately 35 buildings, ensuring his tenants are happy and resolving any issues when they arise. Notably, he ensured he did not lose any tenants during the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, he has served as the commercial superintendent for Ouellet Associates Inc. since 2013.
Prior to his current role with , Mr. Meyer began his career as a superintendent with Benchmark in 1999 and served in a similar capacity for PM Construction Co., Inc. in 2011. Over the course of his career in commercial construction, he is proud to have had the opportunity to restore the Baxter Library, which was built in 1888. Also dedicated to civil advocacy, he regularly donates to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and lends his support to the Wounded Warriors Project.
Looking to the future, Mr. Meyer intends to focus more of his efforts on spending more time with his family and engaging in more volunteer work. As part of this, he plans to utilize his commercial construction experience to build houses for disabled veterans through the Wounded Warriors Project.
