An expert in her field, she has expanded upon her industry prowess by earning a bachelor's degree in leadership studies and a master's degree in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University. Over the years, Mrs. Perkins has also become adept in Python for data science and artificial intelligence and Python data structures, as well as a certified change practitioner through Prosci, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and SAFe® 6 practice consultant through Scaled Agile, Inc.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mrs. Perkins aligns herself with the Center for Humane Technology and The Interaction Design Foundation. In light of her outstanding body of work, she was named a recipient of the Tulsa Remote award through the George Kaiser Foundation and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fort Hays State University. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in leading a team at one of her previous companies. Although it was a small team, she led them through a difficult environment and achieved something others had been incapable of doing. Mrs. Perkins has a son who is her greatest accomplishment and spends her free time herb gardening and training her service dogs.
