In addition to his role with Tile Nation, he is the owner of Superior Home Solutions LLC, which he established in 2010, overseeing daily operations of the business; he has installed tile for this business in 34 states and 4 countries.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Rachel was featured on the front cover of Tile Installer Magazine for his stellar work and won an award for Best Bathroom Remodels for three consecutive years. He also was honored with a Builder/Remodeler International Award in 2023.
While developing his professional journey, Mr. Rachel served honorably as a fuel maintenance supervisor for the United States Air Force from 2009 until 2017. During this time, he completed coursework in welding engineering technology at Metropolitan Community College in 2015. Well-qualified in his field, he is a certified tile installer.
Within the coming years, Mr. Rachel intends to focus more on the management aspect of the business and less on direct installation. This will enable him to employ more trainers to help mentor other professionals in the field.
