Ms. Fink is a mental and behavioral health professional with more than a decade of expertise in social work and community health support. She graduated from Cairn University with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2001 and continued her education at Lincoln University, where she completed a master's degree in human services with a minor in counseling in 2008. She is a certified youth mental health first aid trainer and Question, Persuade, & Refer trainer, and holds a Certified Crisis Intervention Team Training Coordinator credential.

She is the key liaison between her department, community mental health providers, and probation supervisors, and is proud to have seen a five percent decrease in participant recidivism during her tenure. Ms. Fink sits on the leadership board of the Chester County Suicide Prevention Task Force and has developed mental health training programs for county first responders and law enforcement, among other outreach efforts.

Ms. Fink is active in community service, and donates her time as a grant writer for the Locust Lane Riding Center, a program dedicated to expanding access to equestrian sports and equine therapy to low-income youth. She credits her professional success to her drive to overcome challenges and to the growth opportunities given to her by Chester County, and she looks forward to moving into higher-level leadership and training roles in the coming years. In her personal time, Ms. Fink enjoys travel and spending time with her family and friends.
