Drawing on over 15 years of expertise, Dr. Rauch specializes in instructional design and technology. Since 2013, she has found much success as a senior instructional designer and an associate professor at the Arizona Christian University. In this capacity, Dr. Rauch is responsible for curriculum development and assessment, online classroom discussions, creating and initiating policies and procedures for best practices in adult learning, analyzing classroom settings and supporting faculty in their growth for teaching and learning, and integrating technology and canvas courses and programs through in-person and Zoom sessions.
In addition to her primary vocation, Dr. Rauch has been active as a site supervisor of development and an online professor at the Grand Canyon University as of 2006. During this time, she also served as an instructional designer, technologist and a professor at the Arizona State University from 2014 until 2019. In her career-related endeavors, Dr. Rauch has authored such works as, "Strategies in the Classroom; Are They Working?" in 2016 and "Leaders and Their Abilities; Temperament to Resiliency" in 2015.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Rauch pursued an education at the Arizona State University West Campus, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in education in 2004, followed by a Master of Arts in curriculum and instruction from the University of Phoenix in 2006. She continued her academic efforts at the Grand Canyon University, earning a Doctor of Education in leadership and higher education in 2013. As a commitment to her field, Dr. Rauch also attained a Master of Science in instructional design and technology from Purdue University Global in 2021.
Among her professional accomplishments, Dr. Rauch is most proud to have established the online design program at the Arizona Christian University, where she was given full autonomy to create a curriculum based on her vision and expertise. Reflecting on her career, she attributes much of her success to her temperament, resilience and determination to succeed.
