Prior to his current role with the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Mr. Martirosyan began his career as a consultant for CMG in 1994 and became a senior program officer for Mercy Corps Conflict Management in 2004. Following this time, he served as a senior consultant for CMPartners. LLC. Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Martirosyan earned a Master of Arts in international relations from Yale University in 1994.
Within the coming years, Mr. Martirosyan intends to decrease his time travelling and instead reflect on his own experiences, including by writing a book and sharing his expertise in negotiations with others. As part of this, he also plans to work with colleagues from countries in Eurasia, helping to promote more peaceful development in that part of the world.
